Vince has considerable expertise in the field of bankruptcy law. He has handled a total of more than 3,000 bankruptcy matters under chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. He concentrates his legal practice in helping debtors, but has handled a variety of matters for bankruptcy creditors in the past. In addition to bankruptcy and credit repair, he has handled a wide variety of cases, from real estate to family law, criminal defense to wills and trusts, corporate formation to corporate dissolution and owner disputes, as well as other types of cases. As a result, Vince has a broad base of knowledge to help clients with the legal matters they pursue.
Vince earned a Master’s of Public Administration degree from from Golden Gate University School of Public Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California.
While serving in the U.S. Army, Vince was posted to Ft. Jackson, South Carolina; Berlin, West Germany; and Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. He was awarded the Army of Occupation Medal for his service in West Berlin.
Vince enjoys his time with Lexington Law, his family, and his Harley Davidson motorcycle “Alice”. He boasts memberships in the ABAIC (Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court (Alumnus)), NRA (National Rifle Association), VFW (Veteran’s of Foreign Wars), American Legion, Harley Owner’s Group, Riders USA, the Planetary Society, Hillsdale College, and other valuable organizations.
