Since 2009, my focus has been solely on Family Law. These areas include: Divorce; Establishment of Paternity, Legal Decision-Making (Custody), and Child Support. I also handle modification and enforcement of prior orders in these matters.

In addition I handle relocation cases;  document preparation and Limited Scope Representation as well as preparation of Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements.

I understand that each client’s situation is unique. I personally handle each case from intake throughtrial. You receive personalized attention throughout your case, no possibility of having one attorney handle intake, another appear at one hearing and have yet another attorney present at trial. My approach saves you money and time and prevents the emotional frustration that comes from having to explain your situation to multiple people time and time again.

After nearly a decade of practice I know that clients in any of these types of cases are going through an emotionally difficult time which may cause them to act and react from an emotionally clouded perspective. I want my future clients to benefit from the experience and knowledge that I have gained from the past decade and that means I can guide you to make decisions today that will pave the way for sounder decisions in your and your family's future.

My goal is to provide assertive, efficient and cost-effective representation. I offer flat rate fees, unbundled services or full representation.

Please phone or email  my office to schedule an appointment. I look forward to helping you and your family get to the next stage of your life.
