Sharon’s real estate practice spans over 40 years and focuses on the sale, acquisition, development, leasing and property management of all types of commercial properties, including shopping centers, retail, office, industrial, vacant land, medical and hotel, for both sellers and buyers, developers and landlords and tenants.  She has extensive experience in the title insurance and escrow industry.

Sharon’s equine law practice covers comprehensive legal services, including the purchase, sale and leasing of horse properties and horses and transactional work covering such contracts as training and boarding agreements and waviers and working with trade associations.
