Mr. Traulsen focuses his practice exclusively on representing the families of people killed and those severely injured by the negligent or reckless conduct of others.
Mr. Traulsen previously had his Class D license and CDL and drove commercial flatbed trucks and trailers, school buses, and forklifts. He also has his motorcycle endorsement. Mr. Traulsen focuses most of his practice on collisions involving commercial trucks. He also handles numerous cases involving car, motorcycle, and bicycle crashes, as well as construction site injuries.
He is active in the American Association for Justice, is a past national chair of the association’s Trucking Litigation Group, and a frequent lecturer at their educational programs on Trucking Litigation.
