Mr. Adams represents plaintiffs in legal malpractice cases, lawyers in attorney discipline matters and Certified Legal Document Preparers and applicants seeking certification.

Mr. Adams began his legal career in 1989 at the Utah State Bar where, as Staff Counsel, he prosecuted attorneys for ethical violations. He was promoted to Senior Staff Counsel. He later accepted a position with the Utah Attorney General's Office, Litigation Division, representing various state agencies. Mr. Adams relocated to Arizona in 1995 accepting a position with the State Bar of Arizona as Staff Bar Counsel. Mr. Adams was promoted to Senior Bar Counsel and prosecuted attorneys for seven years in Arizona. In late 2001, Mr. Adams left the State Bar of Arizona to start his own law firm focusing on defending lawyers against charges of professional misconduct. Today, Mr. Adams is a partner in the law firm of ADAMS & CLARK, PC and focuses his practice on representing lawyers in State Bar investigations/prosecutions, reinstatements and representing plaintiffs in legal malpractice. Mr. Adams also provides expert witness services both consulting and testifying.

Mr. Adams taught in various paralegal schools for over fourteen years. He is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics and professional responsibility before numerous organizations, associations and committees.

Mr. Adams is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Hawaii State Bar and Utah State Bar.
