Quinn is a general business and estate planning attorney in North Scottsdale.  He is Board Certified by the State Bar of Arizona in Estate and Trust law , has an AV* Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble and a 10/10 rating from AVVO.  Since 1992 he has been assisting a variety of closely held business owners, professionals and athletes with general business formation, acquisition and sale issues as well as estate tax and succession planning. 

In his general business practice, Quinn has extensive experience in all phases of corporate planning and transactions, including negotiating, drafting and implementing a variety of agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, loans, bylaws, shareholder buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, limited partnerships, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and real estate purchase and lease agreements.

 In his estate planning and probate practice, Quinn has comprehensive experience in all phases of the estate planning and administration process, including client interviews, will and trust preparation, plan implementation and funding.  He is proficient with offshore trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, as well as charitable, irrevocable, revocable and testamentary trusts.  He is also knowledgeable in all aspects of retirement plan distribution planning considerations.

He is one of the founding directors and shareholders of Pinnacle Bank, an Arizona financial institution.  Quinn formerly chaired the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and served on its executive council between 2001 and 2005.
