I specialize in estate planning and trusts. My specialized practice is devoted to private clients who want knowledgeable counsel in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related areas of taxation.

Typical estate planning matters involve preparing  trusts, Wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, living wills, life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts. Also included is advising clients on the tax consequences of IRA and retirement plan distributions and the many different types of property ownership.

Typical estate and trust administration matters include helping a personal representative or trustee value assets for tax reporting and distribution purposes, preparing estate and income tax returns for the estate or trust, and generally being responsible for all legal and accounting matters associated with the post-death administration of a decedent’s assets.
