Michael takes a client centered approach to the practice of law in which he applies his more than 28 years of experience in law and business to focus on serving the best interests of clients. Michael does this by providing effective Tax Services(Planning,Preparation, Representation), Estate Planning, Probate and Business Law at affordable rates. We visit clients throughout the Phoenix Metro Valley at their home or office. We also have offices in Goodyear and Buckeye.
Michael graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Michigan. Michael has a certification in Advanced Taxation of Individuals and Small Businesses. He is also a member of the Tax Law, Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning, Probate, Trust Law and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Arizona.
Michael is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association. He is a civil mediator, with advanced probate mediation training. Michael is VA accredited and handles planning and appeals for Veterans. He is a volunteer for the American Bar Association VCAN program which offers free legal assistance to qualified Veterans.
Michael is married to Mary and has three children (Elizabeth-managed care pharmacist Liz Saltzman Inc., Michael -senior buyer at Nordson, and Richard- U.S. Navy Submariner Veteran- full-time MBA student at University of Arizona ). Michael enjoys skiing and hiking.
