Marty’s real estate practice involves all aspects of the purchase, sale and leasing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including raw land, office projects, shopping cneters and master planned communities. His practice includes the creation and enforcement of deed restrictions, title insurance matters, surveys, easements, land use regulations. estoppels, financing, non-disturbance agreements and environmental due diligence.
For more than twelve years Marty assisted the nation’s largest retailer on environmental, land use and real estate transactions in 26 states.
Marty served for four years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, Environmental Enforcement Section, where he was responsible for the management and coordination of potential responsible party investigations at all state Superfund sites within Arizona.
