Lynda only represents lawyers and law firms in ethics matters. 

She provides legal ethics advice to over 1600 firms in Arizona and the District of Columbia, advising on issues including fee arrangements, conflict waivers, review of advertising and marketing for ethics compliance, trust account procedures, conflict of interest protocols, supervision and training of staff, disclosures for ancillary businesses, docketing and communication requirements for firms, ethics considerations related to the use of technology, and ethics requirements when lawyers change firms.

Lynda also assists lawyers in responding to initial Bar charges, and performs risk management reviews of law firm procedures. Lynda serves as an expert witness  in legal malpractice cases but she does not litigate such cases and does not represent individuals in Bar discipline litigation.

Lynda provides informative and entertaining in-house professional responsibility training programs for both lawyers and staff on such ethics topics as conflict waivers, billing tips, fee agreement requirements, ethics requirements when using technology, and law firm office procedures for effective calendaring, communications, and file maintenance, and avoiding the unauthorized practice of law.
