At the Law Office of Kathryn L. Johnson PLLC, my goal is to give you the personal attention and one on one counseling that you deserve in your legal matter. Every matter is important in this office.
I became an attorney in California in 1992 (where I am currently inactive) and in Arizona in 1999. I am also a real estate broker and former mortgage broker in Arizona and was formerly licensed as a broker in California as well. I grew up in Tucson, and am now faced with helping my clients here who are in a financially bad situation. Student loans are defaulting. Foreclosures are on the rise and real estate values have plummeted. The local job market is virtually nonexistent at the moment, and people living here in Tucson and the surrounding areas are being severely affected. People are losing their jobs, are facing foreclosure, and are being harassed and subjected to lawsuits and garnishments due to overwhelming debt.
The emphasis of my business is to provide debt relief solutions to individuals and small businesses. I can help with student loans, foreclosure, harassing creditor calls, lawsuits, garnishments and repossessions. Because of my unique background, I am able to analyze your situation from many different angles and provide you with real solutions to your problems. I am very low pressure and offer free initial consultations on most matters (except student loans where I charge a minimal fee). I have evening and weekend appointments available to meet around your schedule if necessary. My office is conveniently located near downtown Tucson.
I help people with their financial problems. Let me help you. Call (520) 743-2257 today or visit my website at www.kjohnsonfirm.com.
