Joseph J. Moritz, Jr. practices primarily in the areas of business law, real estate and commercial transactions. In 1979, he was admitted to the Michigan Bar and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. From 1979 to 1981, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Walter P. Cynar, Michigan Court of Appeals.
