Biography

Joel L. Brand after graduating from Niagara Wheatfield High School in the State of New York enlisted with the United States Military and served three years.  Thereafter, he entered into an undergraduate program at the College at Brockport in New York and received his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science and minored in English.  Mr. Brand then moved to California and received his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May of 2000. 

Afterwards, Mr. Brand moved to the State of Arizona and was admitted to practice law in September 26, 2000.  In March of 2001, Mr. Brand was hired on as an associate attorney with The Law Offices of Burton and Leather, where he practiced with them for little over a year.  In April 2002, Mr. Brand established THE LAW OFFICE OF JOEL L. BRAND, and became a sole practitioner primarily as a domestic relations practitioner, which he has done for the last sixteen (16) years.
