My name is James Jones of the Law Office of James J. Jones, PLLC. For over twenty years, I repossesed vehicles here in Arizona where I often felt like I was a “consequence” of the financial misfortune of others. Over the course of several years, I became more and more impressed to find a way to help, to become a “solution” for these individuals and families. Finally, on an early Saturday morning, my brother and I were involved in a repossession that broke my heart. Not long afterwards, I founded the Law Office of James J. Jones, PLLC, with the intent to provide essential estate planning documents for families and individuals who often believe they cannot afford an attorney’s assistance. It is my goal to provide such documents as affordably and conveniently as possible.
I am a graduate of Arizona Summit Law School where I graduated with high honors. While attending law school, I also became involved in the Wills for Heroes program which provides estate planning assistance for our first responders (those working for police and fire departments) and their spouses. I learned from these first responders and their families that death is always a possibility, and that obtaining appropriate estate planning is essential part of protecting those we love.
