Jim was a founding member of Polese Hiner & Nolan PA and Polese Pietzsch Williams & Nolan PA. He joined Gammage & Burnham in February 2008. He retired from the active practice of law effective September 1, 2020, after 47 years in the active practice of law in Arizona..
He continues to be a member of the Phoenix Tax Workshop Advisory Board, an affiliate of the Arizona Society of CPAs.
