Biography
I am a trial attorney and offer consultation and advice for people looking to represent themselves (“pro se”) in civil courts in the greater Phoenix area. While often an attorney is needed for certain stages in a civil hearing, many clients do not have the means to afford an attorney from start to finish.
I often meet clients who need some advice, strategy, review of pleadings and discovery from an attorney with actual experience in the Maricopa Superior Courts—not just a paralegal. I believe clients can often represent themselves with success if someone takes the time to explain to them how they can present their own case at court. This approach helps certain clients maximize their ability to tell their story at court given their financial means.
I went to Yale University (1993) and Northwestern School of Law (1996). I have been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2012 and the District Court of Arizona since 2013.
