TAKE CHARGE WITH CONNER LAW

Catherine Conner has practiced law in Arizona for more than 30 years, earning her the respect and referrals of the people in the community she serves.  Representing clients in complex real estate and business matters, she has extensive experience with all aspects of private and commercial enterprises, from contract negotiation to litigation. Catherine is particularly skilled at providing positive outcomes in high-conflict cases, while always striving to keep her clients' costs down through effective dispute resolution. She believes in empowering clients to take charge of their legal matters by providing them with the benefit of her knowledge in order to make sound and successful decisions. She is often sought out by peers and other professionals for her sharp financial and legal analysis in areas of business contracts, financing and real estate transactions.

 Conduct trials, evidentiary hearings, motions practice, and discovery in federal, state and bankruptcy courts involving business, contract, real estate and banking (deficiency, guaranty, mortgage enforcement)

  Litigate claims of misrepresentation in real estate sales 

  Manage real estate portfolios of commercial and industrial properties

  Resolve title claims, including easement, access, deposit claims and encroachments

  Negotiate business purchases and sale transactions including financing, securitization and due diligence 

  Manage real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and leases of commercial and industrial properties including due diligence, title and appraisal reviews

 Handle multi-property landlord/tenant matters including improvements, construction defects, payment applications, lien waivers, estoppels, and accounting audits
