Ari Ramras has more than 20 years of experience in resolving business and real estate disputes. His clients have ranged from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He is a Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law (State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization). Ari is an AV rated attorney (Martindale-Hubbell) and has been selected to Best Lawyers in American for Litigation-Real Estate and Real Estate law (2013-2020) and Soutwest Super Lawyers (2010-2020).
Ari has litigated a variety of real estate and business disputes in federal and state court. He routinely represents title insurers and their insureds in matters involving escrow and title curative issues, quiet title, lien validity and priority, foreclosure and trustee's sales, adverse possession, easements, and title insurance coverage and bad faith.
He is certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as an instructor and has lectured at various continuing education and industry events on a variety of real estate issues, including a class on title procedures at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Ari has volunteered for various Law Day Legal Aid Clinics and Lawyers on Call public service programs, and has prepared informational materials for the Volunteer Lawyers Program. He has also been interviewed on NBC12 and ABC15 regarding real estate issues.
